Social Robots

(Old diagram of a social robot named "Devon Vibbs," depicting its exterior and interior parts.)

What is it?

"As far as I can tell, they're humanoid robots that are suppose to behave and look like humans. So I guess you might see one stretch its arms or eat like a human, even if it doesn't need to... It's creepy how sentient they are."

What are their orgins?

"The origins of a social robot varies depending on the robot itself, usually the add-ons that they have is a hint but not really... Since these robots can modify their own models to their liking. I's the same thing as people changing hairstyles, or, in this case, getting cosmetic surgery."

What is their purpose?

"That, also varies. Most of the time they only exist to assist people but I remember hearing about a talk show that used to have a social robot as the host."

Miscellaneous

"Just a bunch of extra details that aren't really important."

- All social robots are programed to have a self-maintenance system
- Social robots have their own personalities and can go by any identity (names, gender, esetra) it feels comfortable with.
- There has been some cases of robots feeling romantic, if not more, attractions towards humans or those creepy sentient computers...
