This is Noris talking! Not latif.
This website is mostly a text-and-image, original character, wolrd building project about a seemingly normal world that has abnormal events and creatures that co-exist with humans, people usually find these events "normal." Hence the name, "Half-Normal!"
Latif Lukemen, a considerably normal man. Feels obligated to research and "expose" these abnormalities in order to make people aware of these phenomena with the help of his roommate Niel, who may or may not be as trustworthy as he seems...
In terms of genre I would call it a surreal, (dark) comedy, maybe even a mystery perchance?
